Technicians Valve (Level I, II, III) (SS-022)
-ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
-Minimum 2+ years experience as Valve Technician in maintenance & repair work.
-Should have knowledge of Gate, Globe, Butterfly, Ball valves.
-Responsible for carrying out cleaning, dismantling & Assembly of Valves on Supervisor's instructions.
-Judge & decide correct tools to carry on cleaning & Dismantling of Valves.
-Should be independently carried out Sand Blasting.
-Should be independently carried out the packing of Valves.
Technician Rotating (Level I, II, III) (SS-022)
-ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 to 10 years experience as a Technician in Rotating Equipment maintenance & repair work
-Responsible for dismantling the Equipment, inspection for all parts, removing old parts.
-Electrical & Mechanical Run out of shaft, Rotor, Measurement of all parts & Inspection work
Judge & decide Repair work for the parts.
-Responsible for assembly of the new/repair parts & Equipment.
-Final Inspection for all repair/overhaul work
-LPT level 2.
-Responsible for alignment for the Equipment during assembly in shop floor as well as on site.
-Responsible for maintenance work with Quality & required standard parameters.
-Read & understand Drawings, Manual & related procedure.
Supervisor Rotating (SS-022)
-Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
-Minimum 10 + years experience as Foreman or supervisor in Rotating Equipment maintenance & repair work
-Responsible for visual inspection, stagewise inspection & final inspection for all equipments, parts & prepare Inspection Reports.
-Responsible for Delivery schedule & Quality assurance/control for whole shop activity.
-Judge & decide Repair work for the parts.
-Check and inspect rotating equipments & parts to ensure the customer requirements
-Monitor & control the whole activities in the shop.
-Ensure accurate standards, procedures and specifications are in place for the maintenance of the rotating equipments & parts.
-Responsible for handle & improve shop rejection & customer complaints.
-Read & understand Drawings, Manual & related procedure.
-Check mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for proper alignment and functioning
